I am Jim, a native English speaker born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, with over 20 years of hands-on teaching experience and a unique background as a Greek-Hong Kong Canadian. My international perspective and multicultural understanding enable me to connect with students from all walks of life.

Growing up in Canada, I cherished my mother’s homemade cookies—each bite filled with genuine care and passion. Jim’s English lessons embody the same spirit: rather than chasing quick results or flashy packaging, I focus on building a solid foundation, precise expression, and practical communication skills.

Through years of teaching, I have developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students from various cultural backgrounds. I adapt my teaching methods to inspire and maximize every student’s potential.
